From Bryan, TX:  Take Highway 21 towards Caldwell. You will cross the Little Brazos river and the Brazos river. When you pass highway 50 on your left go another 2.6 miles and CR 229 will be on your left on top of a hill. If you get to Cooks Point you have gone too far. Take CR 229 and go 1.6 miles. You will pass an abandoned white church on your right. The entrance is on your right at the bottom of a hill.

From Caldwell, TX: Take Highway 21 towards Bryan and go 8.3 miles. You will pass Cook Points, and CR 229 is 1 mile after, on your right. Take CR 229 and go 1.6 miles. You will pass an abandoned white church on your right. The house is on your right at the bottom of a hill.

From College Station, TX: Take Highway 60 west towards Snook. Continue to Highway 50, (at the Cefco gas station) and turn right. Go 5.7 miles to CR 227. Turn left and go 1.5 miles to CR 229. Turn right and go 1.6 miles. The house will be after a curve to the left, and a small lake on your left.

LODGING OPTIONS:  Caldwell (7 miles away) or College Station (15 miles away). There is an RV park on highway 21 (4 miles away). You are welcome to bring your trailer, there is no hook-up.”
