There will be 4 trials at the Jan. 14-15 Winter Novice/Ranch SDT in Brenham, but TSDA rules state that dogs  "can receive points from a maximum of three (3)" from each trial event. So, while all of the trials will count towards qualifying trials needed for finals and all will have payback, only the last 3 trials (Saturday afternoon and both Sunday trials) will count for Dog of the Year points.

  • Entries received after Jan. 1 will be waitlisted if class is full
  • Exhibitions accepted  $20
  • LUNCH will be available each day donations accepted.

From Houston: 290 west to 36 north, continue on 36 for about 6 miles, Overhead Door Co. will be on the left. Thielemann Lane is the next road to the right, turn onto Thielemann and follow it to the end of the road, cross the cattle guard and you will see the Carver Cutting Horse sign, follow the drive down to the barn.
 
From Austin: 290 East to 36 North (you will cross over 36 to get to the on ramp). Follow the directions above for hwy 36
 
From Dallas/Fort Worth: 36 south through Somerville, you will see Leroy Schroeder Gravel Co. on the right, Thielemann Ln will be the next road to the left, turn onto Thielemann and follow the road to the end
