Was saddened by the loss of Loy Miller as a family man, community leader,  progressive rancher, Border collie breeder, and who served as a leader for the Texas Sheep Dog Association at the time of it's resurrection in the early 1980's.  He was successful competitor, trial producer, and proponent of the Association. 
    He was a person with an extended helping hand along with his generous wife, Nelsie at his side, whose family was their greatest pride.
