We / I agree to be an official sponsor of the 2008 Texas Sheep Dog Association State Finals Trial to be held in Ozona, Texas on November 21 - 23, 2008. Per Article 1.2 and 1.3 of the Texas Sheep Dog Association by-laws “…the Corporation shall have all the rights conferred on the non-profit corporations under the laws of The State of Texas consistent with the provisions of Section 501 ( c ) of the Code.” and “…Section 501 ( c ) ( 3) of the Code.”.
A list of official sponsors for the State Finals Trial will be maintained on the Texas Sheep Dog Association website (www.texassheepdogassoc.org) through December 31, 2008 in an area specially designated for 2008 State Finals Sponsors. All sponsors will be recognized at the annual membership meeting and banquet held in conjunction with the trial.
