  • Location: Destiny Farms, 601 CR 210A, Bertram, Tx. 788605.  Directions to the Trial Site  From the east at IH 35 at Georgetown  (Towns in order along Hwy. 29 heading west from Georgetown:  Liberty Hill, Bertram, Burnet).  Take Hwy 29 to Bertram.  In the middle of town at the only signal light, turn North (right) onto RR 243/RR1174 also called Grange Street.  Go 4/10 of a mile and turn left onto RR 1174 North.  Go 7.6 miles and turn right onto County Road 210A. See Herding sign.  Go 6/10 mile. The road curves to the left and then to the right.  We are the second property on the right at 601 County Road 210A, Destiny Farm.

From Jimmy Walker's house, left out of his drive, left onto Highway 171, at end of gravel road. Go approximately 4 miles to Bynum. Turn right on Hill Co. Road 3135, opposite LP Gas tanks. Go to Baptist church and take a right onto HCR 3137. Go approximately 3 miles to HCR 3140 and turn left. House will be on the left on 3140, with pipe pasture out front. Parking in the pasture to the right of the house.  If coming from HIllsboro, take Highway 171 to Bynum and follow above directions. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED.

3rd Triple Crown Trial, 1st Trial

  • Directions to Armadillo SDT
    Location: John & Kathy Lewis' near Fredericksburg, Texas
    From Fredericksburg: South on TX16 (toward Kerrville). About one-half mile after the high school, turn right on FM 2093/Tivydale Rd. (last traffic light in Fredericksburg).  Continue approx. 13.3 miles. Left on Pump Station Road. Continue across Pedernales River to trial field.

  • From west on I-10:   Exit US290 toward Fredericksburg. In Harper, right onto FM 2093 at caution light; approx. 9.3 miles, turn right onto Pump Station Road.
    Directions from Kerrville: Go North (toward Fredericksburg) on Sidney Baker/TX16. Turn LEFT at the first traffic light in Fredericksburg onto FM 2093/Tivydale Road. Drive approximately 13 miles and turn LEFT onto Pump Station Road. Drive about 3/4 mile (cross the Pedernales River) to the trial field. Park RVs, etc. on the right side of the road.

  • RV Parking:  RV parking at Trial site; no hookups. Park RVs on right side of road.
